Veinspire Games (hereinafter, “the Company”) is strongly committed to protecting your personal information. We consider proper management of personal data to be one of the core principles of our business and comply with all applicable laws in the territories in which we operate.
Acting as a Data Controller with respect to the personal data collected from our website visitors and data subjects who directly send us their CVs, the Company will comply with laws and regulations pertaining to personal data protection, and shall put in place its own rules and systems. All employees of the Company shall abide by this Policy and will make the strongest effort to protect personal data.

Definitions

We will not use personal data beyond the necessary scope to attain those purposes, and we shall not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless permitted by law.
Legal Basis
Under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), processing is lawful where it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. The legal basis for processing your personal data is our legitimate interest to operate our business for the benefit of our clients, job seekers, service providers, employees and shareholders.
Categories of Data & Purpose
By using this site and disclosing your data to Veinspire Games (sending information via the “Contact” page, applying to jobs, or sending your CV/Resume), you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use and disclosure of your data as described in this Policy. This may include your name, address, email address, phone number(s), educational background, photo, work experience and information from your CV/application. We do not collect biometric or special category data.
Data received from you will be used for recruitment and communication purposes only and will not be further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes. Personal information submitted via the website may be shared across our studios globally solely for recruitment purposes.
The Company will retain your application and personal data only as long as required by applicable law or our legitimate interests, and may retain it where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect vital interests.
